All questions are mandatory and they didn’t fit my circumstances. Could you include an option called “Not applicable”?
Also, when you ask about library usage, it would be good to have a ranking system since I use the library for several very important activities. Alongside borrowing books, using the databases + specific queries, making use of the only photocopy machines in the building, I also use the IT (Media) helpdesk and being able to have face-to-face contact is invaluable at times.
